その場合の作業手順は以下の通りです。
１. 最初に平井が原稿を確認し、曖昧な表現や誤字があれば修正する。また、文章が複雑に構成されている場合には、内容把握にかかる負担を減らして表現力を向上させるため、ニュアンスに違いが生じない範囲で明確な日本語文へと修正する。
２. ネイティブが英訳を開始。正確に理解できない箇所などがあれば平井に随時相談する。
３. 平井が訳文を確認し、気になるところがあればコメントを付して再確認や修正を要求する。必要に応じて、別の訳例を提案し合う。
４. ネイティブが平井のコメントを参考に確認および修正。
最後に平井が修正箇所を確認する。お互いに納得がいくまでこの作業を繰り返す。
